July 2012 was spent at home- thank goodness, because it was a HOT Summer. We hit all time record highs in the state of Nebraska this year. So, most of the Summer was spent in the basement trying to stay cool. We did on occasion come out of hiding to play in Emma's new wading pool, and catch some glimpses of the thunderstorms that would roll through. Even though I've lived her 2 1/2 years now, I still cringe and get nervous any time I see clouds roll in. Thunderstorms are amazing, and I love them. But, I HATE hail!
